All intellectual property rights in the work product created by Athena Sols shall be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the project contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Athena Sols shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
